RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to read our policies.
The following terms apply to all products you have purchased from us.
INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS
Interpretation
The words whose initial letter is capitalized have a meaning defined under the following conditions. The following definitions have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or plural.

For the purposes of this return and exchange policy:
Person (referred to in this Agreement as “the Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) refers to the Exigo Shop Located in NL .
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.

YOU means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
- If the product we sent is incorrect or damaged, we will reimburse the return costs.
- If the wrong or damaged product is not delivered to the customer, he/she must bear the return costs.
All items are eligible for return and will be processed if conditions are met.
Eligibility of items for free returns
Customers have the right to return purchased items without stating the reason within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of receipt of those items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. The items can be returned if their consumer characteristics, factory labels and ready-to-sell condition are retained.
To return the items, customers must provide the copy of the proof of purchase and complete the returns form.
Rules for returning and exchanging Items with discovered defects:
Customers have the right to inform the Seller of discovered defects and demand that they be remedied within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of receipt of the Items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. The only exception are defects caused by improper handling of the Items by the Customer.
Customers have the right to refuse items and request a refund. In this case, the Items must be returned to the Seller with their consumer characteristics, factory labels and ready-for-sale condition preserved.
To return the Items, you must provide the copy of your proof of purchase and complete the return request form.
You are always obliged to return the items by following the shipping instruction:
If applicable, we will send you a shipping label once the return request has been approved. Make sure you include the return slip with the package.
REFUND POLICY
To qualify for a refund, you must receive the product 30 days after your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or if you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, you are not eligible for a refund.
Please ensure the following conditions are met for the product to qualify for a Refund:
- The product must be returned in the original packaging
- Product has not been used or damaged
- The product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded via the Original payment method that you used during the purchase.
