Sales partner: any natural person over the age of eighteen (18) years or
legal entity that has accepted the Exigoshop.com sales partner conditions and has been accepted by Exigoshop.com as a sales partner to provide Users with access via Links
to the Exigoshop.com site.
Link: an electronic link to the Exigoshop.com site that the sales partner uses through the site https://exigoshop.com/conditions-sales-partners/ has created and via the internet
makes public or causes to be made public.
User: any User of the Internet who accesses the exigoshop.com site and thus purchases one or more Items from Exigoshop.com.
Content: (part of) the range of Articles on the Exigoshop.com site, such as text,
images, reviews, downloads, that Exigoshop.com provides for the benefit of the
affiliate program available through the site exigoshop.com
Article 2 – Registration and acceptance
2.1. Anyone aged eighteen (18) and older who has a site on the Internet can register as an Exigoshop.com partner.
2.2. Registering as an Exigoshop.com partner means that you accept the partner conditions and will respect them.
2.3. To be registered as a partner you must:
a. complete the registration form completely and truthfully;
b. confirm that you have accepted the partner terms and conditions by clicking the Agree button
to click;
c. to have been accepted as a partner by Exigoshop.com.
2.4. In principle, Exigoshop.com will inform you within seven (7) days of receipt of the fully completed registration form in which the acceptance of the
partner terms and conditions has been confirmed whether Exigoshop.com accepts you as a partner.
2.5. Exigoshop.com may refuse a registration for reasons of its own, without
statement of reasons.
Article 3 – Use
3.1. The partner will make no mistake about the fact that the Articles are not made by the partner, but by exigoshop.com are sold.
3.2. The partner is entitled to the name exigoshop.com and the (other) brands, logos and other distinguishing marks of exigoshop.com solely for the purpose of it exigoshop.com affiliate program to use on the door exigoshop.com manner to be specified from time to time. 3.5. Without prejudice to the provisions of Articles 3.2 and 3.3, the partner will retain the copyrights, trademark rights and other rights of an exclusive nature of
Respect Exigoshop.com and third parties.
3.6. The partner will only use the Content for the benefit of it exigoshop.com affiliate program and make no changes to it.
3.7. The prices of the Items on the exigoshop.com site may change regularly. The Partner is responsible for ensuring that the prices of the Items listed (if any) on his/her site are in accordance with the prices stated from time to time on the exigoshop.com site. Any damage resulting from incorrectly stating the prices of the Items will be recovered from the partner.
3.8. The partner will refrain from any action or omission that causes this exigoshop.com and/or the partner may be acting in violation of applicable laws and regulations.
3.9. Among other things, it is not permitted that (through) the content of the partner's site or of any (other) document (such as advertisements or e-mails) in which the
partner has included a link:
- has a pornographic or violent character;
- discriminates based on race, gender, religion or belief;
- engages in, promotes or promotes illegal activities;
- could harm the good name and reputation of exigoshop.com;
- copyrights, trademark rights or other rights of exigoshop.com or any third party are violated.
Article 4 – Commission
4.2. The partner can claim commission on all Items that a User has purchased from Exigoshop.com immediately after clicking on the Link or within the set cookie time, whereby the last cookie counts principle applies and the User meets the (payment) obligations in this regard. of this Artekelen has paid to Exigoshop.com
4.3. If the User returns the Items and/or payment is canceled, the partner can no longer claim the relevant

4.5. The registration of impressions, clicks and sales via the site https://exigoshop.com/registration- salespartner/ is binding on Exigoshop.com and the
partner.
Article 5 – Payment
5.1. Payment of the commission by Exigoshop.com to the partner will be made monthly to the account number indicated by the partner on the registration form. Commission amounts of less than €5.00 (in words: five euros) will not be paid out. If the commission for a month is less than € 5.00 (in words: five euros), no payment will be made in the month in question and the commission will be saved. Payment will take place in the month in which the total amount is € 5.00 (in words: five euros) or more. All payment costs, with the exception of Exigoshop.com's administration costs, are borne by the partner.
5.2. exigoshop.com is at all times entitled to offset what it owes to the partner against any amount that Exigoshop.com may claim from the partner for whatever reason.
5.3. exigoshop.comwrites monthly invoices and deposits the amount of its partners' sales after deduction of commission and other costs into the bank accounts of its partners as described in the registration form.Exigoshop.com cannot send any amount to bank accounts other than the registration form of the partner.
5.5. exigoshop.com reserves the right to charge partners 20% of the refund amount on any refunds.
Article 6 – Termination of Exigoshop.com partnership
6.1. exigoshop.com is entitled to terminate the partnership at any time - without giving reasons - subject to a notice period of two (2) weeks.
6.2.Without prejudice to its other rights, Exigoshop.com is entitled, among other things, to terminate the partnership with immediate effect in the event that: the partner fails to fulfill his/her obligations or acts contrary to the partner conditions;
a. in the opinion of Exigoshop.com, the partner's site could be contrary to public order or morality or could be offensive or violent in some way;
c. the partner acts unlawfully towards Exigoshop.com and/or third parties in the context of the partner program, such as authors, publishers, producers, performers.
6.3. The partnership ends immediately and automatically in case:
a. the partner has broken government laws and regulations;
b. the affiliate program has been discontinued.
Article 7 – Consequences of termination of Exigoshop.com partnership
7.1. If the partnership is terminated for any reason:
b. Exigoshop.com is entitled to block the partner's access to partner management;
c. without prejudice to the provisions of Article 7.2, the partner can no longer claim commission;
d. the partner will immediately remove the Content from his/her site;
e. the partner is no longer entitled to use the name Exigoshop.com and the (other) brands, logos and other distinctive signs of Exigoshop.com in accordance with the provisions of article 3.2.
7.2. Only in the event that the partnership has been terminated in accordance with Article 6.1, Article 6.3 and/or Article 9.3, the Partner will be entitled to payment of commission in respect of sales made before the termination date, in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 and Article 5 (without prejudice to the fact that the commission will not be paid if it is less than € 5.00).
7.3. Without prejudice to the provisions of Article 7.2 and Article 8, Exigoshop.com and the partner will not be able to claim any compensation from the other
party in connection with the termination of the partnership and they hereby waive any right to any (damages) compensation.
Article 8 – Liability
8.1. The partner is fully responsible and liable for his/her use, development and maintenance, functioning and content of his/her site and all (other) documents (such as advertisements and e-mails) in which a Link is included. The partner indemnifies Exigoshop.com against all claims
in that regard.
8.2. Unless there is intent and/or gross negligence on the part of Exigoshop.com exigoshop.com not liable for damage and/or costs incurred by the partner in connection with participation in the partner program, such as - but not limited to - damage and costs resulting from the improper functioning of the
exigoshop.com site, technical malfunctions, etc.
8.3. The partner guarantees that all obligations under tax legislation are met and indemnifies Exigoshop.com from all
claims in this regard.
Article 9 – Miscellaneous
9.1. The partner will never pose as an agent or representative of exigoshop.com and in particular will not make any commitments or undertake any obligations for or on behalf of exigoshop.com
9.2. The partner is not entitled to (part of) his/her partnership
to transfer to a third party, unless Exigoshop.com has written to this effect
has given permission.
Exigoshop.com is entitled to change the partner conditions at any time.
The partner will be informed of this electronically. In case the
amended partner conditions are not acceptable to the partner, the
partner is entitled to terminate the partnership. If the partner is not up to

deemed to have accepted the amended partner terms and conditions.
9.3. If any provision of these partner terms and conditions conflicts with
applicable law, this provision will be amended so that it becomes effective

Article 10 – Applicable law and competent court
10.1. The partner conditions and the partnership are governed exclusively by Dutch law and disputes will be submitted to the
competent Dutch court.
